My mission is to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and safe within their own bodies. Alta Botanika was built from the belief that healing begins when we slow down enough to reconnect with ourselves, regulate the nervous system, break unhealthy patterns, and rediscover a deeper sense of purpose. Through mindfulness, evidence-informed practices, and intentional restoration, my goal is to help others cultivate balance, clarity, resilience, and a more grounded connection to who they truly are.

My specialties include holistic nutrition coaching, EFT tapping, breathwork, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and emotional wellness support. More than anything, I’m here to walk beside you through the process — to listen without judgment, hold space for what’s heavy, and be a steady light as you reconnect with yourself, your body, and the life you want to create.
